We are excited to announce that the election for key positions will take place during our First Annual Meeting, scheduled for 30 September 2024. This election marks a significant step in shaping the leadership of our organization.

Key Details:

  • Election Date: 30 September 2024

  • Candidacy Deadline: 25 September 2024

  • Voting Process: Members will vote to elect leaders from among the general membership during the Annual Meeting.

  • All members are invited and encouraged to participate in the Annual Meeting.

  • List of candidate will be published on 26 September 2024.

Positions Open for Election:

  • 1. President

  • 2. Vice President

  • 3. Secretary

  • 4. Treasurer

Advisory Committee Positions:

  1. One member from the legal profession

  2. One marine biologist

  3. Three Reefers with at least five years of experience in the hobby

Members of the Advisory Committee will be selected by the governing body, based on candidacy applications submitted.The election will be conducted and organized by the Interim Committee, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

Candidacy Submission:
Members interested in running for any of the positions are requested to forward their candidacy forms to the Interim Committee no later than 25 September 2024.

Complaints
The Interim Committee has established a 3-member Complaints Committee to investigate complaints related to the election.
